ἐπὶ Νικοκράτους ἄρχοντ–ος, ἐπὶ τῆς Αἰγεῖδος πρώτ–ης πρυτανείας· τῶν προέδ–ρων ἐπεψήφιζεν Θεόφιλο–ς Φηγούσιος· ἔδοξεν τῆι β–ουλεῖ· Ἀντίδοτος Ἀπολλο–δώρου Συπαλήττιος εἶπε–ν· περὶ ὧν λέγουσιν οἱ Κιτ–ιεῖς περὶ τῆς ἱδρύσειωςτῆι Ἀφροδίτηι τοῦ ἱεροῦ,ἐψηφίσθαι τεῖ βουλεῖ το–ὺς προέδρους, οἳ ἂν λάχωσ–ι προεδρεύειν εἰς τὴν πρ–ώτην ἐκκλησίαν, προσαγα–γεῖν αὐτοὺς καὶ χρηματί–σαι, γνώμην δὲ ξυνβάλλεσ–θαι τῆς βουλῆς εἰς τὸν δῆ–μον, ὅτι δοκεῖ τῆι βουλεῖἀκούσαντα τὸν δῆμον τῶνΚιτιείων περὶ τῆς ἱδρύσ–ειως τοῦ ἱεροῦ καὶ ἄλλουἈθηναίων τοῦ βουλομένο–υ βουλεύσασθαι, ὅ τι ἂν αὐ–τῶι δοκεῖ ἄριστον εἶναι.

ἐπὶ Νικοκράτους ἄρχοντ–ος, ἐπὶ τῆς Πανδιονίδος δ–ευτέρας πρυτανείας· τῶνπροέδρων ἐπεψήφιζεν Φα–νόστρατος Φιλαίδης· ἔδο–ξεν τῶι δήμωι· Λυκργος Λ–υκόφρονος Βουτάδης εἶπ–εν· περὶ ὧν οἱ ἔνποροι οἱ Κ–ιτιεῖς ἔδοξαν ἔννομα ἱκ–ετεύειν αἰτοῦντες τὸν δ–ῆμον χωρίου ἔνκτησιν, ἐνὧι ἱδρύσονται ἱερὸν Ἀφρ–οδίτης, δεδόχθαι τῶι δήμ–ωι· δοῦναι τοῖς ἐμπόροιςτῶν Κιτιέων ἔνκτησιν χ[ω]–ρίου, ἐν ὧι ἱδρύσονται τὸἱερὸν τῆς Ἀφροδίτης, καθ–άπερ καὶ οἱ Αἰγύπτιοι τὸτῆς Ἴσιδος ἱερὸν ἵδρυντ–αι.

Unter dem Archon Nikokrates;die Aigeis hatte die erstePrytanie inne; von denVorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung Theophilosaus dem Demos Phegous; Beschluss desRates; Antidotos S.d. Apollo-doros aus dem Demos Sypalettos stellte den Antrag:worüber die Kitier vortragen,über die Gründungeines Heiligtums für Aprodite,wolle beschließen der Rat:dass die Vorsitzenden, die ausgelostsein werden zum Vorsitz für dieerste Volksversammlung, dieeinführen und verhandeln lassenund die Beschlußvorlagedes Rates im Volk einbringen,wonach der Rat beschließt,dass das Volk nach Anhörungder Kitier betreffs derGründung des Heiligtums und jedesanderen Atheners, der (sprechen) möchte,beschließe, was ihm dasbeste zu sein scheint.

Unter dem Archon Nikokrates;die Pandionis hatte diezweite Prytanie inne; von denVorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung Pha-nostratos aus dem Demos Philaidai; Beschlussdes Volkes; Lykourgos S.d.Lykophron aus dem Demos Boutadai stellteden Antrag: worüber die Händler ausKition ein Gesuch einbrachten und dies als berechtigtanerkannt wurde, indem sie das Volkum den Erwerb eines Grundstücks baten,auf dem sie ein Heiligtum der Aphro-dite errichten wollen, wolle beschließendas Volk: den Händler aus Kition denErwerb eines Grundstücks zu gewähren,auf dem sie das Heiligtum derAphrodite errichten wollen, ebensowie auch die Ägypter dasHeiligtum der Isis errichtethaben.

Antidotos son of Apollodorosof Sypalettos proposed:concerning what the Kitians sayabout the foundationof the sanctuary of Aphrodite,the Council shall resolve:that the presiding committee allottedto preside at thenext Assembly shall introducethem and place the matter on the agendaand submit the opinionof the Council to the Peoplethat it seems good to the Councilthat the People, having heard theKitians concerning the foundationof the sanctuary, and any otherAthenian who wishes,shall deliberateas seems to it best.

Lykourgosson of Lykophron of Boutadai proposed:concerning what is deemedto have been the lawful supplicationof the Kitian merchants who are asking thePeople for right of ownership of a plot of land onwhich to found a sanctuary of Aphrodite,the People shall decide:to grant the Kitian merchantsright of ownershipof a plot of land on which to found asanctuary of Aphrodite,as the Egyptians have foundeda sanctuary ofIsis.
